About Patrick Knipfer

Patrick Knipfer brings a unique blend of global perspective, exceptional customer service, and dedication to his role as an agent with the Ann Marie McManus Team. Originally joining the team as a Listing Marketing Coordinator in 2022, Patrick has since grown into a key client-facing role as an agent.

Growing up in a military family and living abroad in multiple countries, Patrick developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and strong interpersonal skills. His professional background includes experience in senior living communities, operations management, and customer service, all of which have prepared him to connect easily with people from all walks of life.

Patrick thrives on the relational side of real estate—meeting new clients, hearing their stories, and helping them find homes that fit their lives and dreams. He’s passionate about showcasing what makes Augusta special, from its thriving healthcare sector to its rich military presence and international draw through the Augusta National.

Outside of work, Patrick is an avid traveler who has visited over nine European countries. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, and caring for his horse at the barn—a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.
